Naturally rich in BCAA’s, Launch combines the benefits of 2 high Biological Value (BV) proteins: whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate.
  • Whey Protein Isolate is a derivative of milk protein. It is the best choice for post workout supplementation as the body can digest the short chains and peptides very quickly (about 30 minutes). Post workout is the critical time when your body needs protein the most and fast-acting proteins like whey protein isolate provide the necessary amino acids for building and retaining muscle tissue.
  • Whey Protein Concentrate replenishes the body with BCAA’s (Branched Chain Amino Acids) for the repair and building of lean muscle tissue. It also contains bio-active protein subfractions to increase muscle mass and minimise body fat.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Mix 40g or 2 scoops (scoop supplied) into 400ml of skim milk or water and then blend or shake. Fruits may be added. Alternatively add to foods such as cereal, desserts and yoghurt to increase the protein and energy content.
Best taken in the morning after rising and within 45mins of an intensive workout.
