I have become a frequent user of Vital Strength products, and this one is no exception. I have noticed a significant amount of reduced soreness and increased mobility following my routines, even after using it for 6+ months. No identified decreased potency so far. The powder mixes great, and I usually consume an hour after a workout. The flavors are fantastic.

Taste:
I got the orange flavour. It mixes well and tastes like a berocca, which is good for some but not for everyone. The colour is a good orange and doesn't look like poison like some other products on the market.
Effectiveness:
This is where the product shines. Most products like this come in pill form and this in a tasty drink makes a big difference. I take this first thing in the morning with breakfast.
However..
This isn't for people who already have a multivitamin in their stack.
This isn't for people who are taking protein WITH added vitamins.
This isn't an intra workout drink but can be used for it.
This might not be for you if your already taking loads of liquids already. (Fibre drink, Fat loss drink, protein shakes, Re-hydration drinks, Pre-workout drinks)
Yet...
Value for money is great in this product. Amino's, Vitamins and a few other goodies to help saturate your muscles for increased performance and recovery.
NUTRITION
BEST TAKEN
Mix 11g (approx. 1 level scoop) into 250-300ml of cold water and stir until dissolved. Best taken once daily.
Maltodextrin, Citric Acid, Flavour, Colour (110), Sucralose (955). Made in Australia from local and imported ingredients.
Replace lid immediately after use and store below 30ºC in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. See base of container for best before date. This product is sold by weight - contents may settle.
