WE ONLY SHIP TO AUSTRALIAN ADDRESSES
We know you want to get your Vitalstrength supplements fast, so we use a few distribution partners depending on the size of your order and whereabouts in Australia you are located.
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday (ex NSW public holidays).
Ordering before 2pm:
Orders received before 2pm on a business day are dispatched that day, orders received after 2pm will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be sent on the next business day.
Orders Left Unattended:
Your parcel can be left in a safe place if you're not home, in conjunction with Australia Post only. This is arranged by Australia Post and yourself. We do not handle these requests. This can be done by sms or the Australia Post MYPOST app, once your order leaves us. Look out for correspondence from them on your phone or email that you provided at the time of ordering. Please note, all responsibility passes to you when you opt to leave your delivery in a safe place. Vital Strength nor Australia Post, will be held liable for any stolen or misplaced parcels.
By default, all deliveries will not be left unattended. If you're home, your delivery will require a signature. Please ensure the delivery address you supply will have someone authorised to accept delivery between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. If our delivery partner is unable to make a delivery, a card will be left advising of the procedure to arrange collection of your order from your local Australia Post office.
Delivery times:
Orders to East Coast metro areas are usually delivered within 2-5 business days (usually 2 days), with regional areas, WA, NT and country areas taking an additional 5-7+ business days. Please see above for longer delays with deliveries into Western Australia.
Australia Only:
We only send to Australia addresses, and only accept credits cards issued in Australia. All prices and delivery costs are in Australian dollars.
Incorrect Address
In the event your supplied address is incorrect, and a delivery attempt is made to the address you provided, the parcel is automatically returned to us after a period of time by the courier. This constitutes a delivery attempt on our behalf. We are not responsible for any and all address details you provide us with your transaction, this includes the automated address finder at checkout stage. Once the parcel returns back to our facility, we will notify via email of the event. The customer is then required to pay the applicable postage charge for their delivery location, plus a return to sender fee of $12 for us to re-deliver this returned package. This is the amount we are charged from the courier to return the delivery to us. In the event you want to cancel your order at this point, we will deduct the original shipping charge (if you received free shipping with your original order, the applicable shipping charge for your zone will be calculated and used plus the return to sender fee ($12)) from your refund.
Delivery Charges
A delivery attempt made to the nominated delivery address but then returned to a collection depo constitutes fulfillment of delivery. If the package is not collected and then returned to us, customer will incur postage cost, and if the order included free postage, our applicable postage charge will then be deducted from the refunded amount plus a return to sender fee (RTS) of $12. If you decide to return an item/s and subsequently your refunded amount is deducted from your original transaction amount falls below our free shipping threshold ($199*) we will deduct the applicable delivery charge you would normally pay from your refund, which is based on the weight of your parcel and delivery zone. It is the customers responsibility to collect their delivery from an Australia Post collection point within adequate time.
Order Tracking:
A tracking identifier will be emailed to you once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. However, this tracking number is only activated once our courier company has processed the order so please allow a few hours from receiving your tracking email before checking the status of the delivery.
Free Shipping:
*Free shipping is available for orders over $150. Some regional areas do not qualify for free shipping due to the increased costs in shipping these items from our Sydney facility.
