I was suspicious of all suplements - effectiveness and health wise but I used Ripped powder as my only supplement in an 8 week body fat % comp and cleaned up with a 45% loss in body fat. Coupled with 8 weeks of consistant HIIT training and a common sense diet, this stuff gave me the winning edge. Am now trying the Muscle gain one to bulk up.... will let you know how that goes!

The title says it all, best protein I've tried so far. And i've tried HEAPS! From Oxywhey EHPLaps, Vennom, Gold Standard and more. This is my second batch of the 3kg and I will stop trying any other protein. Its easily consumed with just water, it doesn't get lumpy and the taste is just right. Its not too sweet and its just easy to down. I started on this protein in 2014 and seen dramatic changes to my body. I was so happy when i got my dream body until i fell pregnant. Now that my baby is 3 months old and I'm no longer breast feeding i can come back to drinking VitalStrengths Ripped Thermo Protein. <edit: This product is NOT suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding> I can't wait to see how my body turns out this time. Far better than generic protein

I have using hydroxy ripped for a little over a month now, it is easily absorbed in water via my shaker with no lumpy bits at all and tastes nice (Chocolate flavour) mixed with both water and milk.
Recently I ran out quicker than I realised and was stuck with generic protein, it was then that I realised how much of a better product hydroxy ripped was.
With hydroxy ripped within 20mins of every workout my recovery is extremely quick with no soreness at all the next day. Now I am using generic protein I am finding that I am needing to incorporate a rest day in my push/pull/legs split. I was a little sceptical about how much the additional ingredients in hydroxy ripped helped recovery but being without it removed all doubt and I can see now what a great product it is compared to competitors.
The only thing I can complain about is the time to post to W.A. Vitalstrength uses Australia post parcel post which takes over 6 business days to reach W.A. So far have needed 2 rest days due to using inferior protein powders while waiting. With just a few more dollars for postage or an option for the customer to pay extra for express I am sure many W.A customers would be much happier, however next time I will just re-order earlier.*

I am training on my abs as I never had a chance to show it. With this product. I have got the great protein source while not too much on the carbs. I am able to train for lean muscle and with Hydroxy Ripped I believe I should soon see the best result on my abs than I ever had!
