When and how do I take High Protein Powder?
Simply mix 45 g approx. 2 scoops of Vitalstrength High Protein with 250-300 ml of cold milk or water. Best taken within 30 minutes of exercise or between meals. Serve size and frequency may be increased for athletes after consultation with fitness or health care professional.
What side effects can occur if I over consume it?
There aren’t any specific side effects specified however if you experience any side effect, we recommend you to cease consumption and speak to your health care practitioner.

I know chocolate and vanilla can be considered “boring” flavours, but damn! The creaminess and flavour is incredible, with no nasty aftertaste. I love it both just an a protein shake, but also to use in cooking (think baked oats )

This protein is incredible. As soon as I opened the bottle, all I could smell is this chocolate yumminess. The consistency was perfect, no graininess at all. Also the flavour is delicious!

I have been using the predecessor to this product for many years and was very relieved that this product remains high protein with minimal additives and hype. I add it to my cereal breakfast to boost protein of mainly vegetarian diet combined with exercise level. Also convenient for extra snack when meal times are delayed.
