Aminos have me drinking more water and feeling hydrated

I’m loving my new aminos. I struggle to drink water throughout the day and I find I even have these when I’m not training because I love the taste of them. I even make them into a slushie into my blender with ice cubes. I definitely feel so much more hydrated whilst I’m training and my recovery has been so much more better whilst taking these. I’ll def be recommending these onto family and friends. Thank you.

I have tried many products to give me energy during or before my workouts and I can confidently say that this is the first product that didn't leave me buzzing till midnight and gave me the right amount of energy required to get through my workout. Tastes good too!
NUTRITION
BEST TAKEN
Mix 5g (approx. 1/2 scoop) into 250-300ml of cold water and stir until dissolved. Best consumed during your workout.
May be present: milk, soy.
