Maltodextrin from corn, starch from corn and rice, MCT derived from coconut oil and palm oil, soy, antioxidants, sodium and potassium salts, sugars (sucrose, no lactose).

Are there any warnings?
Not suitable for children under 18 years. This medicine may not be right for you. Always read the label and any warnings before purchase. Follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Supplements may only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]
A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.
Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Can pregnant or breastfeeding women take this?
Not recommended unless advised by a healthcare professional. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
